IR2113S High and Low Side D...

The International Rectifier IR2113S are power MOSFET and IGBT drivers with independent high and low side referenced output channels that operate at high voltage and high speed. Ruggedized monolithic construction is possible thanks to proprietary HVIC and latch-immune CMOS technologies. Down to 3.3V logic, logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL output. The output drivers include a high pulse current buffer stage to reduce driver cross-conduction. To facilitate use in high-frequency applications, propagation delays are matched. The floating channel can be used to drive an N-channel power MOSFET or IGBT in high side mode that operates at 500 or 600 volts.
