www.miragegrove.com is a marketplace where vendors sell electronics parts and components online using the miragegrove vendor portal. At Miragegrove, we believe you've ordered with excitement and urgency.

 

When it comes to shipping, the total cost is the combined shipping rates from each vendor. For example, if your cart has ten products from three vendors, you'll pay the shipping rates of these three vendors.

 

Orders placed by noon Indian Standard Time on weekdays aim to ship within 48 hours. Orders made over the weekend will ideally ship by Tuesday.

 

Sometimes, due to technical or stock issues, vendors may need to partially fulfill your order. We'll inform you beforehand if this happens.

 

In rare cases, vendors may take more than four days to dispatch your order. If this occurs, you can request a full refund.

 

For swift delivery, vendors use trusted courier services. Custom and bulk orders may take up to seven working days to process, and cancellation depends on the procurement status.

All packages include an invoice as per Indian Tax Regulations and are shipped through Shiprocket/Shipway/Other Partners to over 31,000 Pin Codes.

 

Delivery times vary based on dispatch and courier timelines specific to your Zip Code. While most packages arrive on time, delays can occur due to various reasons.
