You have 3 days after your delivery date to return items. Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds or exchanges if it's been more than 3 days since your delivery.
Conditions for Return
Damaged During Shipment: If your product arrives damaged, let us know within 2 days of delivery. Send us photos as proof, and we'll replace the item or give you a full refund, covering return shipping costs.
Missing Item: If something is missing from your order, inform us within 2 days of delivery. Provide an unboxing video to show what you received. We'll investigate and send a replacement or issue a refund promptly.
Please record an unboxing video when you get your package and tell us right away if anything is damaged or missing.
Items ordered by mistake can't be refunded or returned once shipped. Orders can't be canceled once dispatched. You can only get replacements for damaged or faulty items.

The pictures of our products are for illustration. The actual products may look a bit different.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Specifics
If a Cash on Delivery order is sent back because of something you did, we might not allow future Cash on Delivery orders from you.
Refund Process
Once we get your return and check it, we'll tell you if your refund is approved or not. If it's approved, we'll process it and put the money back into your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Shipping costs can't be refunded unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.
Partial Refunds
We might give you a partial refund in some cases, like if items aren't in their original condition, are missing parts, or are damaged for reasons not our fault. We won't give refunds in cash.
