This is a 7445PC BCD to Decimal Decoders/Drivers IC. The Eight inverters and ten four-input NAND gates make up these BCD-to-decimal decoders/drivers. The inverters are connected in pairs to provide BCD input data for decoding by the NAND gates. For all invalid(10-15) binary input conditions, full decoding of BCD input logic ensures that all outputs remain OFF. These decoders have high-performance NPN output transistors that can be used as indicator/relay drivers or open-collector logic-circuit drivers.
