This Capacitive Soil Moisture Sensor V2.0 uses capacitive sensing rather than resistive sensing like other sensors on the market to measure soil moisture levels. It is composed of corrosion-resistant material. Insert it into the soil around your plants to get real-time soil moisture data. This module has an integrated voltage regulator that allows it to operate between 3.3 and 5.5V. It's ideal for both 3.3V and 5V low-voltage MCUs. It will require an ADC converter to work with a Raspberry Pi.
