The ULx200xA devices are Darlington transistor arrays with high voltage and current. Each is made up of seven NPN Darlington pairs with high-voltage outputs and common-cathode clamp diodes for inductive load switching. A single Darlington pair has a collector current rating of 500 mA. For higher current capability, the Darlington pairs can be paralleled. Relay drivers, hammer drivers, light drivers, display drivers (LED and gas discharge), line drivers, and logic buffers are examples of applications.
